1. Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • You received the wrong product.

2. Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the condition in which they were received.
  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged product).

3. Exchange Process

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your exchange within 7 business days. You can choose to exchange the item for another product of the same value or higher (additional payment required for higher-value items).

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • E-books, digital content, and downloadable materials are non-exchangeable.
  • Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales are not eligible for exchanges.
